Today is a sad day for me. I don't know about you, but I am one of those readers that really gets attached when I get into a book series so when I have to say goodbye, I feel it! The book I am featuring today is the final book in one of my favorite series and wow does it go out with a bang!

My Review

I have enjoyed the Alaskan Cyber Hunters series so much so reading 70 North was bittersweet because I wasn’t ready for this series to end!

The suspense is palpable from the start, which is what you’d expect when you’re hunting a serial killer. The mystery that surrounds the UNSUBs identity is something I found myself questioning time and time again, while also wondering where this crazy plot was going to take me next. This guy is next level diabolical and takes taunting to a whole other level. Reading what this man does to manipulate people, treating them all as pawns in an intricate game of what can only be described as terrorism, made my skin crawl. To think that there are people out there that think like this makes me sick.

Like with the other books in this series, I love that we are able to get a glimpse into the mind of a madman. I know not everyone likes this POV, but I have studied criminal psychology so the thought-process of someone that is completely unhinged fascinates me. I also admire the support that the team gives one another. Everyone should have a support system like this!

Though it’s sad to see this series end, as it is one of my favorites, I am so thankful to have read it in its entirety and even more grateful to Kimberley Woodhouse for writing such enthralling stories.
