My Review

Being able to see a beautiful blessing instead of how that blessing came about is very powerful premise, and exactly what we see in Her Christmas Healing. It’s obvious that Jillian still has things that she has to deal with but the fact that she is focusing on her baby, and getting her life back together, shows what strength this woman has within.

“Like Joseph told his brothers, what was intended for evil, God used for good,” and this is fleshed out in Jillian’s life as she deals with an unexpected pregnancy that came about in the most horrific way possible. Now she is back in Hope Crossing hoping for a fresh start and back in Gabriel’s life, the ties that bind these two pulling them together once again.

This was a sweet escape that gave me hope. God really can, and does, use all things for His good and glory. This was a tough subject to tackle, but it was handled with such grace and mercy, and I could see this story benefiting many.
